Experience a collection of stories from the Kermadec islands in this live installation: a breathing gallery of stories, waiata and music weaving through a long history of human and environmental change. This is a highly aural experience where audiences are immersed one minute in the lush sounds of sub-tropical native forest and the next in songs of 19th century whalers at sea. A guide talks us through the stories and history as they literally spring to life around us.
