Comedy and Performance Workshops

An amazing opportunity to take part in a workshop that is interactive, engaging and a lot of fun. Shared laughter improves social, physical and mental well-being, so no matter what level of experience, this workshop offers great tools in a relaxed, fun and supportive environment. Start the day with comedy and improvisation.

We use the power of play to tap into performance skills that develop your ability to improvise and collaborate. Together we will deal imaginatively with the unexpected, develop and discover spontaneity and strengthen social skills.  After lunch, focus on some performance exercises that are fun and focused; designed to strengthen powers of communication and build confidence.

Working with practises and techniques applied by actors, the exercises inspire and discover creativity through spoken word and effective methods of communication. Please bring with you $10 for the workshop along with your lunch. Contact Hannah Jones to put your name down or to find out more.
