Audio Described Performance of Last Legs.
Circa Theatre presents an Audio Described Performance of Roger Hall’s new sell out comedy – Last Legs.
Just in time for Circa’s 40th birthday, Roger Hall has penned a new comedy Last Legs, set in an upmarket retirement community, the Cambridge, with a cast of recognizably funny and fallible Kiwi characters. Outside of happy hour, bridge and mah-jong, our well-to-do seniors indulge in greed, jealousy, love and lust… not to mention their share of gossip, backstabbing and scandal!
Last Legs takes aim at our misjudgments, quirks and misdemeanors and is a quintessentially kiwi look at ourselves, as we are accurately and amusingly pilloried and parodied by Hall.
A must see for the audience who trust Hall to deliver a fun, amusing night of seniors behaving badly.
Te Papa and Circa Theatre have joined forces to bring a wider range of accessible arts to the blindness community.
